We love for everyone to have a great day on the mountain and to enhance each student’s quality of life. This video, taken a few years back, showcases how the programs at Ignite Adaptive Sports are Changing Lives.
This is a great clip from 2008 when Al Roker from the NBC Today Show visited us and showcased our program in the Lend a Hand series during their morning broadcast. We now wear bright green and blue jackets and our name changed to Ignite Adaptive Sports since this aired, but our mission remains the same.
January 18, 2013 was the busiest day in Ignite Adaptive Sports history… we had 44 students and 59 instructors come up to Eldora! Check out this video of two students with visual impairments coming down the slopes at the same time, one on skis and the other on a snowboard. It was a GREAT day!
